If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) calorie deficit.
1 month of Crossfit style high intensity workouts.
1 month regular strength training.
Ran two 5K's with improving times.
Just all out dedication!

20 lbs lighter but a very small decrease in strength with a gigantic leap in cardio. I still squat as much as I did when I was 20 lbs heavier and I deadlift even more. (can't say the same for my bench press, but there's always time for that). My mistake was either going for strength or for cardio. An increase in both is AMAZING. Now my overall goal: FITNESS. boom.
And I'm still going. I think I'm going to slightly increase caloric intake to begin building muscle, but very slowly as to not gain a lot of fat in the process.



The body follows the with the mind leads. Everything is mental.
