I was hungry after work and really craved chocolate. I bought a banana instead - it tasted nice, and filled the hole for less calories :D yay!

I fit my "not as fat as it used to be" butt into a size 12 jeans. There's a little muffin top, but I didn't have to lay down on a bed to zip them. Super cute, and from Goodwill for only $1.99. Haven't worn this size in probably 10 years at least, and I'm a good 20 pounds heavier than I was then...goes to show how unimportant the number on the scale can be if you're working out a lot! Or, companies are doing more vanity sizing...either way, I'm feeling good today! Love everyone's stories...really keeps me motivated!

So I'm working on unpacking all of my clothes from my move and I have a small pile of "some day" jeans and work pants. This morning decided to try on a pair of jeans I haven't worn since January...and they fit better now than the muffin top I was rocking back then.

Keep these NSV's comin! This is my fav thread :)

When Cintas (the uniform people) came yesterday I requested shirts 2 sizes smaller, and pants 2 sizes smaller for work, as I've got a lot of room in my current ones. To my astonishment they both fit! 18 months ago they were both tight.

My double chin is a single chin! I'm only down 8lbs but I can already tell a difference! My 20 year old son told me I looked thinner. I love reading these stories and can't wait to have more of my own nsv's!

Waist gap in my size 8 jeans that were giving me a muffin top a few weeks earlier!! Going to see how the 6's fit me tomorrow! I'm a pear shape so it's just a gauge because my hips are still an 8/10.

My most recent NSV is taking a selfie with my daughter and seeing dimples again! I have hated how I've looked for so long and I actually don't hate this picture and my dimples are back. Can't remember the last time I saw those, I know it was when a Bush was in office! Even the fact that I was willing to take a selfie is a NSV in itself. I really needed that motivation, too. Have been becoming complacent recently, so thank you God!

    What's your recent NSV?
    I can do 20 Pulls-Ups/Chin-Ups again ...

I almost did a side plank with a lifted top leg. Maybe next week I will be able to get there all the way.

Slow but steady body acceptance. I'm finally ready to admit that I'm in "maintenance mode" as I am actually at a healthy weight. Also starting to recognize that spots on my body I once thought were "chubby" are actually muscles that are growing. Sure, I've got some work to do, but I think I'm giving up on my ideal of being waif-like and making "strong" my new goal.

Wearing my size 14 (UK) non stretchy jeans out for lunch and at no point being aware of the waistband digging in or thinking, "Oh, I can't wait to get my leggings back on!". I have lived in leggings for the last few years!
