Ran 7.8 mile without stopping, first time ever.
I can fit in some size 10 UK trousers and size 8 tops.
I have had a lot of people literally not recognise me.

even put the belt in my ticker back when it was showing under posts here
You can still do it, but it's not automatic.
    Go to your profile.
Look under your ticker. See the link that says "add to your site"? Click on that.
Copy the stuff in the left box (under BBcode).
Put it at the end of your fora posts.

    2 yesterday, both in clothing.

After "the last straw" w/r/t wardrobe malfunctions (bra unhooking when I lift weights), I went to the big box store next to my gym & hoped I could find a bra that fit. (I'm a relatively normal band size now, but the cups still have to be big.)
20 lb ago I couldn't shop in a regular store, had to go to a lingere shop & pay $60+ each. :anguished:
Yesterday I found a brand & size that works OK now, & I'll shrink into shortly so it will fit correctly, so I bought 3 off the rack, for under $8 each.

Then I saw a rack of winter tights & thought that would be a good thing for winter, so I looked on a package to see what size (if any) would fit... and not only did they have one that would fit me, it wasn't the largest size!!! Woohoo! So I got 3 pair.

And a couple weeks ago I went through my closet, put too-big stuff in the "donate" pile.
Discovered that I had _not_ previously donated 3 of my favorite skirts, AND they now fit.
In fact, they're a bit loose, so I'd better find an excuse to wear them soon, before they fall off me!
I think I'll measure & trace them & make a pattern that I can downsize to fit me.
(They're identical except for the fabric print.)

Trying on a size women's medium pair of ski pants for the upcoming season and having them fit when last year at this time I could barely button a pair of men's XL (because women's XL wouldn't even pull over my hips)!

My mum said my boobs were getting smaller..... That's sort of a victory, I guess! Shows the weight loss, anyway!
And I bought a new exercise bike over the weekend, so I should be having some cycling victories soon!!

    Got a couple here:
my bra (38D) does up nicely without a bra extender now woop!
Also part scale and part non scale - I have lost 4 lbs this week, while last week I had gained 0.75lb (probable water fluctuation?) anyway the NSV is that I didn't even think about giving in or have negative thoughts about last weeks lack of progress, I just got on with things as normal and this weeks loss has reinforced this is definitely the right mind frame to have!

That's brilliant! And a very important victory! That is the downfall of a lot of dieters  Well done!!

I brought a pair of size 11 Arizona jeans in the juniors department Saturday. No more saggy butt jeans. LOL. 16 pounds till goal.

Also less self-conscious. The mirrors in dressing rooms are starting to look less like those carnival mirrors ( the ones that shrink your height and make you wider).

My darling boyfriend wrapped his arms around me, under my over sized cuddly jacket and gasped! He asked me where I had gone

I also noticed that walking up 8 flights of stairs (4 floors) chatting to my colleague, I wasn't out of breath in the slightest!

I biked over 47 miles on Saturday with a group of people who've been cycling way longer than I have been, and I stayed in front of the pack!!

Mine is very minor, but I started using my Fitbit 2 weeks ago and have hit my goal (7 miles, 15000 steps, 30 flights of stairs) 85% of the time. Still working on that 100% but I've been much more likely to go for a walk at night or take the stairs.

Also, this one's very intangible, but after all that walking, I went to shave my legs the other day and could feel defined calf muscles again rather than just jiggle. It was exciting to feel myself already starting to tone up a bit.

Sometimes I don't notice the progress. The other day I realised that I was having to buckle my belt for my jeans on the third hole. A month ago, it was on the first hole and that was super uncomfortable. So there's obviously some progress!
