I like it. I skipped the first 3 weeks. I am now at week 6, day 2. I find it a good app, except I will sometimes hit something on my iphone 3 and it will close the window, and it starts again from the beginning. Clearly I need a new iphone. lol.

All good comments. I will NEVER go back to the weight I was. I am certain that this was a life style change and not a diet. I will keep on keepin' on!

I feel you! I am the same. I have been busting my *kitten*, had slow weight loss for ages and now I am up 4 lbs. I changed my workout routine this week, added more cardio to switch it up instead of some of my classes. Hopefully it is just a bad water retaining few days and it will drop by weigh in on Sunday. I did have a…

No, I wouldnt rely on it either, but it is better than nothing if you were not able to get the info from another source.

@sparklesammy lol. I was thinking that too. I swear ever photo of me as a fat girl I am eating or drinking. There are very few photos of me at all from that time. Like all of us do, I stayed away from the lens.

Amazing! You look fantastic. It is crazy how much 50lbs is. Can you imagine walking around carrying a sack of potatoes all day?

Wow! Thanks for all the kind words. It has taken me a long time. A year and a bit. I was grounded by a horrid case pf plantar fascitis in the summer for 6 weeks, so I couldn't exercise as hard or as much. I managed to lose 2 lbs over the 6 weeks. I eat less, track my calories(I started doing MFP in June of last year, made…

I found this online. http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm Gave me the same number as the long formula and I dont have to do any math!

I am THRILLED with my progress. Slow or not, I am totally excited. I have never been this fit. EVER! Its not just weight loss, but muscle gain. Its awesome. Thanks!

ok, so if I do the calculation (0.074 x 39 - 0.05741 x 158 + 0.4472 x 170 - 20.4022) x 52 / 4.184 = 614.418031 I think. Math is not my strong point. lol. So it says 614. Which is still way more than I have been recording. I usually have 450 for bootcamp. Very interesting. Not the same as the watch, but again, it was set…

Sorry, I should correct that. I think my calories burned are too high. My heart rate is about what I thought it would be. I have adjusted the age and gender. I will give it another go and see what it says. Maybe that will change things? I know it is better to be able to enter height and weight as well, I thought this one…

Its like quitting smoking. You quit, it sucks, you start again. You quit, it sucks, you start again. And then one day, you quit, it sucks, but you keep quitting. And then it is a week, then a month, then 7 years later. I have been sporadically dieting, losing weight, exercising, gaining weight for years and years, like all…

I have read that if you loosen your shoelaces, it helps.
