My 55lb weight loss

I have lost 55lbs. The first 2 photos are at my highest weight of 211. I am 5'5. I have no idea I was that big. Really. I thought I was still looking okay.

These were taken about a month ago. I am around 168? I am now 157.

I am squeezed into my size 8 jeans. LMAO. I have yet to wear them out, but I can zip them up now. I cannot remember the last time I had a size 8 on.

    Simply Amazing! Great job. You are indeed an inspiration. I have a lot of weight to lose. I am 5' 5" as well, but my SW was 248. As of yesterday, I am 233. That is 15 lbs in 3 weeks, i hope to be able get where you are at.

    Wow! Thanks for all the kind words.
    It has taken me a long time. A year and a bit. I was grounded by a horrid case pf plantar fascitis in the summer for 6 weeks, so I couldn't exercise as hard or as much. I managed to lose 2 lbs over the 6 weeks.
    I eat less, track my calories(I started doing MFP in June of last year, made a huge difference) I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, move more on the weekends(instead of being a couch potato).
    It has not been easy, but it has been a great learning experience and I will NEVER go back to the old ways.
