I exercise at night, usually around 6 or 7. Maybe I should change this. I am still going to be eating my calories, I just don't want to stuff myself between that time. This happens to me all the time. I don't know which scale to believe. I belong to a gym near my house and at work and they always have different numbers from my scale at home.
