It sounds like the majority of you are saying eating/snacking after workout at night is not going to inhibit my weight loss.

Need the snack. I have exercise induced hypoglycemia. The shake because of whey protein, muscle recovery and a good amount of protein in an easy form. I eat chicken, turkey, etc for my supper. I get tired of it.

If you do the HIT (high interval training) it helps with boredom. Some research on PBS.com has said that if you do this, you can spend less time exercising and get the same result. I do the interval on the elliptical and stationary bike. Treadmill seems to hurt my feet and shins.

I have read that if you eat more frequently you will lose. Not more food but smaller meals and snacks

Not sure if I understand correctly but I would use Stevia rather than sugar in cooking any snacks. Lots of ideas for high protein snacks.

I agree 100%

I would love the information. I an not diabetic but am too having a hard time finding the balance. I have determined that i cannot exercise in the morning. I think i need the cumulative effect of my meals through out the day.
