I believe there are different breastfeeding items that represent different breast milk outputs. I know you can find -500, -400, -300 and -200 options, but you could also just say you're using .75 of the generic 500 calorie deficit option.

There are multiple breastfeeding options you can find as a negative calorie "food". Just search for breastfeeding when you go to add a food to your diary. Generally, if your baby is not eating solids and EBF you should add 500 calories to your daily allowance. After you introduce solids and/or your baby decreases their…

I would see a doctor and ask them to check your vitamin D, iron, and thyroid. I was having issues with being tired even while eating at my TDEE. Turns out my vitamin D was seriously low. After being put on a prescription dose for two months, I'm feeling much better and eating at a deficit these days. Good luck!

I would say 4 times a week on average. I'm trying to scale that back to 2 or 3 times a week.

It was three girls too, if that makes a difference. :)

Three people all spooning.
-
Yes. I love spooning. I recently had the pleasure of being part of a triple spoon. Glorious.

This.

I bought new clothes when I needed to. It was a great reward for me to buy cute new stuff in a size or two smaller. It kept me motivated to stay on track so I didn't have to go back into my bigger clothes. I'm looking forward to buying more new stuff when I'm ready to go another size down :)

This. Plus they do great things for my legs and butt.

This. It's possible for me to listen to music while on a treadmill but I prefer not to because I feel like it messes with my run cadence.

I've found that if I focus on eating protein dense foods I'm more likely to stay under my calorie goal. I didn't look at your diary, but that's where I would start if I were you. Generally, you need 1 gram of protein for every pound of lean body mass. I aim for at least 100 grams of protein every day (which is still on the…

Yep. I always hop on the scale on my way to the shower.

Am I just reading this wrong? I thought you said MFP's goal is 1630 calories a day, but you only eat 1300. I think you mean 1300 calories from food - 800 workout calories = 500 net calories unless I'm missing something.

1. Run a 10k 2. Get down below 30% body fat 3. Continue lifting 3 times a week (with or without my trainer) 4. Continue logging my intake as much as possible

This is excellent! Thank you!

From what I understand protein supplements are primarily for building muscle and/or hanging on to lean body mass. If your main goal is to lose weight, you just need to eat at a calorie deficit. Using a protein supplement should not hinder weight loss as long as you stay under your calorie goal.

Awesome! The jeans I bought online, and expected to be fairly tight, actually fit just about perfectly! No muffin top!

Just doing my part to see this thing roll.

Yep. That would get me going to the gym with my bf.

Yes, I can relate. I work two jobs (one full time, plus 3 waitressing shifts a week) and I have two kids under three. My secret has been finding exercise that I enjoy doing. I started waking up early a few days a week to go swim laps (my favorite cardio ever!). I knew swimming would be the only thing that would get me out…

+1 People are too involved in their own workouts to be worried about yours, and if they have enough time to be judging you for trying to better yourself, then they're the ones with the problem. Working with a trainer has always helped me get over those fears. That way you know you're doing the right exercises the right way.

I would look for guidance from my doctor. I know diabetes and thyroid issues cause problems for those who are looking to lose weight, but I don't know enough about them to offer suggestions. Good luck!

I went this past March and this was my philosophy. Gaining a few lbs short term is worth having a more enjoyable vacation imo. If you've been sticking to your goals thus far, a week shouldn't break your new habits. GL!

Personally, I like to go with Sedentary and then try to log just about anything that goes above and beyond normal daily activity. That also gives me a bit of wiggle room if I underestimate my calorie intake since I'm not very good about weighing and measuring my food. I would guess lightly active would be ok, too. It might…

Are you eating back your exercise calories? If you aren't I would suggest eating back at least some of them. There are days where I would not make it if not for the exercise calorie allowance.

I most certainly used both of my pregnancies as an excuse to eat for two! I can understand how it would be annoying to have people telling you to eat. People will always have an opinion regardless. Congrats to you!
