Do you eat at maintenance and let the breastfeeding calories be your deficit? Do you let MFP calculate a deficit for you and then add the negative calorie item to your day?

What weight do you put in the "weight per set" box? I'm doing body weight squats and have no idea if MFP accounts for my body weight already or if I need to add some percentage of my body weight. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

C25K done but race not for another month, what to do?
I finished my last week 8 workout last night and I'm running a practice 5k this weekend. Yay! It feels so good to have finished the program, but I have a question. What do you eat when you crave chocolate?
It seems like the one thing I cannot get away from is chocolate. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the sugar, but I very specifically crave chocolate. Is there something else I can eat that will at least curb my craving but won't use up all my calories?

Keeping pace or finishing interval?
I did w4d1 last night and found it difficult to finish the 2nd 5 minute run at the same pace I had been using for the other three runs. I ran my first 5k!
I did it! I finished the C25K program and I ran an entire 5k! I finished in 35:45 and I'm just so, so happy! I remember struggling though the 60 second interval jogs but I made it! Just know that if I can do this, you can do it to!

What's a good goal time for my first 5k?
I *think* I've been training at about a 12 min mile pace. Is it reasonable to think I could run a 5k in 36-38 minutes? I'm planning on signing up for a race that's scheduled for what should be my W9D3 workout. I'm so excited!

When did you start restricting/modifying exercise?
Did your doctor give you a recommendation? Did you "feel like" you were doing too much so you stopped or scaled back? I'll talk to my doctor once the opportunity presents itself, but I'm looking for your experience with exercising while pregnant.

Transitioning between W3 and W4?
Did anyone else find the jump from week 3 to week 4 a little abrupt? Week 2 and week 3 workout all have a combined total of 9 minutes of running. The week 4 workouts have 16 minutes of running. Did anyone adjust the first workout in week 4 to be a little less demanding?

Place to walk indoors with a stroller?
I've heard that the colesium at the fairgrounds and the metrodome host indoor walking times in the winter, but is there anywhere that does this in the summer? Does anyone know how I could calculate the number of calories burned while I'm waitressing? I'm not walking 100% of the time I'm at work, so I'm not sure how to input it into MFP. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
