my best friend is 5'4...she has a small bone frame, but has got major booty. She 115lbs and wears a size 5....doesnt look sick. So im thinking 110 to 125 depending on body frame. :)

Thats what I'm thinking...I'm thinking you fast on fresh raw food all day, then you eat a big healthy meal and your body will be revved up from oxidizing and digesting the fruits and veggies and will burn off that meal...going to do this and review it for everyone...because if it works then I must share!

in my opinion it really depends on you. Just Turbo Fire will def. LEAN you out...lean muscle and such...the hybrid will allow you to maintain muscle mass and lean out...but if you still have some weight you want to lose just do the Turbofire then the hybrid. :)
