I'm Karis, lost about 50lbs after giving birth to my twins, was in awesome shape, ran a 10k race... And then injured myself and had to stop running and then stress in life caused issues with the emotional-eater side of me and I gained 20lbs back. My goal now is to get back in shape, lose 20-30lbs - but I don't have a scale…

5 weeks ago I actually did write down the number it gave me and this morning I weighed myself and the number matched! 6lbs down!

Get back on the horse and stick to your exercise and calorie goals the next day! And 225 isn't that bad at all!

I've read that you burn 20 calories per 1 oz of milk produced. That's how I guesstimated my calories with my twins and it worked pretty well.

I find the iPhone app helps me a lot too. Then as soon as I eat something I can record it and see how much I have left to eat for the day.

I'm 5'2" and I haven't been 125 since highschool. I held 135 consistently for a few years before having twins. My goal now is 135, but I think ultimately I'd like to try for 125 again!

I have 14 month old twin girls! I "tried" losing the weight right away after having them buy it bogged down and focussed on survival for the first few months. On their 1st birthday I decided to give it another shot. I'm down 20lbs, 30 more... And a lot of toning!

I gained 2lbs and an inch around my waist during my TOM. And once it was done went right back to where I was before.

I'm a SAHM too and I like Jillian Michael's DVDs. They don't use much equipment or space and really get results. Also, walking is great - gets you moving and your little one(s) outside!

I've been doing it 4-5 days a week and her Yoga Meltdown on the other days to give my body a bit of a break but still do something beneficial.
