Nah, gonna pass on the cheesecake. Had a cheat day yesterday by sharing a Domino's pizza. Bring on Monday so I can get back to my usual routine.

Don't jump off the wagon and give yourself a wee break here. If you are doing the exercise and eating properly you know its going to pay off in the long run. Set yourself a goal every morning for the next few days and make sure you accomplish it. Do this until you get over the feeling of jumping off the wagon. Good Luck!

Hi I started last Monday but I would be happy to give you some moral support as I could do with some myself. I have begun recording everything I eat and it is shocking how much I was over eating by.
