After the holidays, it is now time to hit myself over the head to wake up and get back on track before I not only gain it all back but than some. Please add me as a friend…

I wish you luck with the bullet. I am with the one member who said "NINJA 1200" - This is absolutely Fantastic! Does what the Bullet does but better! I have the Ninja Pro - but am actually looking at the newest model which sort of reminds me as a powerful Kitchen Aid - it supposedly does dough too. Well GOOD LUCK.

First, off the A**hole who started your down fall on your success by mentioning about your hips being too big should be dealt with! You are trying hard to overcome all of the sadness you have had to deal with in your life over the years. You go Girl! We all get overwhelmed at times in our life with the diets we are trying.…

I love Peanut Butter! I need a FIX of it everyday. In fact, I am diabetic and the nutritionalist stated it was a good idea to have a small amount each day due to the high protein value. The moral of any story is "DO IT IN MODERATION" - Of course, you cannot eat the whole jar! (Although I find that very pleasing to think…

The numbers will come on the scale - each thing that you do to positively change your life style eating…

Thank you! This is great to hear! I hope everyone remembers that a number is that just a number - it does not define you as an individual.

I never tried these. But if it is anything like SLIM FAST - My suggestion would be add 8 oz of 1% or Skim milk and a few ice cubes - run it through the blender - it becomes a thick milk shake and is plenty.

Sounds good

It is probably too late - But I would go with the Roasted Chicken - the Teriyaki Chicken is DELICIOUS - but way too many fat and calories. Otherwise - go with the BLT.

I would think you would burn calories because you are jumping up and down so burning calories is a no brainer. Especially, when you see the Ravens intercept the ball from the Patriots and see the look on "BRADY'S" Face. It was awesome. However, that last minute field goal kick from cundiff was enough to make you sick, so…
