I just started week 2 yesterday. So far I love it, its only 25 mins! Feel free to add me. I don't follow the nutrition plan included but I am trying to follow a reduced calorie diet.

I think I am going to have to try out the NB minimus shoes.

I plan on starting T25 as soon as I finish Ripped in 30!

Not sure about T25, but I ended up pushing all of mine and my room mates stuff out of the way my freshman year so I could do Yoga. Hardest thing about my dorm was that there was a sink in the middle of the room wall that couldn't be moved. It wasn't a big room but I made it work. There may be a central place on your hall…

I replied to this the other day but seem to be either experiencing difficulties, I haven't received an invite?

Examples of things you may have lying around that can double as hand weights: water bottles, milk jugs, cinder blocks, bricks. Anything that seems heavy? Walking is one of my favorite free exercises.

Sounds wonderful. Feel free to add me, I am currently logging everyday with almost all of my food intake except for some dinners where I just forget.

Once the last can was gone in my fridge I told myself I couldn't buy 6-12-24 pack of anything and now the only time I even think about…

I have the polar ft4 and I love it. I originally bought it for spin class last year and decided to use it every time I went to the gym instead. I find it helpful to look down and see that I might be working myself too hard to notice that I can work harder.
