I have the same problem. Add benefiber to your diet! Mix it in with your oatmeal, yogurt, sauces, etc and you cant even taste it. But the thing with fiber is you can eat all you want BUT it needs water to work or the effect can actually be more damaging!!! Also, I add flax seeds to my oatmeal, shakes and smoothies. Again,…

I would eat 2 JUMBO bagels.... bacon and cheddar flavored... smothered in cream cheese...in one sitting... on a regular basis. So yea, had to change that. I am now 45 days bagel free :)

I've heard its best not to eat less than 3 hours before you go to sleep. For example, I usually go to bed around 9, so I try not to eat past 6PM. Its difficult but I guess it works for a lot of people! I think its a positive change for me, anyway, because it helps me to eat less overall.

OK OK I'll add some spinach to my smoothies!!! And I only use HALF a banana! lol All the friut really racks my Sugars up though. Im not too picky with veggies. But I will say I'm not a dip person. Honestly I weight myself every day. First thing after I wake up and urinate. Just to see what habits (food and exercise) affect my weight. But I only log it once a week. Thats the only day that matters.

i have the same problem. Ive added flaxseed to my breakfast every morning. Its helped things along.
