How can I calculate BMI?
How can I tell if I'm still obese or just overweight?

There is a calculator on here i think. Don't rely too much on charts. They are estimates. Looking in the mirror is a better judge. Before I gained weight a lot of people thought I was sick and underweight even though I was overweight with my bmi chart. I could buy jeans in the little girls department size 14 and a chart says I'm overweight?
I don't even look at them. They always talk about my weight at the dr office too. Some people carry it better than others.
Use all the calculators as general guidelines but don't get hung up trying to achieve any number just because it says so.0
