During the week I have a short time frame in which I can workout. It makes most sense for me to come home from work, hop on the treadmill, shower then make/eat dinner. I usually start my day with either a 2 egg omelet with diced ham and cheese or a fruit smoothie. Is this enough to start my day with? I need to keep this meal around 30g carbs. Any suggestions?

When I log my fruit, it usually gives me only the option to select my servings in gs. I really only usually measure by tablespoons and cups, etc. So... Like if I have 1/4C fruit (which is usually the case) What's the equivalent in gs? :-/
