I have no idea what to set my macros at!!! I have a hard time reaching my protein with this setting. So do I change it or does that just mean I need to work harder to reach my goals?

I'm 190ish lbs.
5'6

I just want some advice on what my 3 percentages should be. Thanks!

    I personally have mine set to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. But I think it really depends on you and your LBM. You can set up your protein goal accordingly with about .8-1 gram lean body mass.
