When I log my fruit, it usually gives me only the option to select my servings in gs.
I really only usually measure by tablespoons and cups, etc.
So... Like if I have 1/4C fruit (which is usually the case) What's the equivalent in gs?

Usually if you search the generic fruit (ex: bananas, blueberries, apple) the very first option usually has a long pull down list of different options and 1 cup is usually there, then you can just put .25 servings for a 1/4 cup!0

Are you referring to gs as grams?0

Add the word "raw" to our search and look for an option that doesn't have a * in front.
This will be an entry by MFP and they almost all have a selection of serving sized including cups, grams etc.0 -
Yes, grams.
Wonderful, thank you all!0 -
Grams is weight, whereas cups/tablespoons is volume. The gram amount (weight) of 1 cup of strawberries will be different for 1 cup of bananas. If you want accuracy, I would suggest buying a digital food scale like this one: http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Kitchen-Silver/dp/B001N07KUE0

or....
