X smoker of 35 years. 17 months smoke free!!!! All I can say is be strong. Get lots of carrots, celery and whatever else you might want to put in your mouth that's NOT a cigarette! Try to keep it healthy. It's tough but you're tougher!!!! Get control of your life!!!! You can do it!!!!

I've got to say that this site has been extremely helpful for me! Everyone on it is positives and full of helpful suggestions. And I love the food diary! I'm not sure but I think it's a DVD from Jillian Michaels the trainer on Biggest Looser. I read so many good things about it I had to give a try. I hope it gets here tomorrow!

Holy cow! I see so many big numbers lost! You guys are great. I'm still struggling but did manage to drop one pound. Working out 5 days a week.
