1) burned well over my goal calories simply by having an awesome day with my children 2) Got told I look gorgeous randomly by my fiance 3) Went to my favourite clothing store (pre pregnancy mind you) and FIT THE CLOTHES!!!!!!! Largest size but I don't even care. I fit them! Nicely too without any bulgy lumps and bumps!!!!

Chocolate. I shouldn't even have it because I'm lactose intolerant it makes me so sick afterwards but it tastes so amazing! I swear I eat it, two hours later I'm on the toilet swearing never to touch the stuff again and then afew hours later I'm sitting there thinking "God I could go for some chocolate...."

Hey guys, just checking into Dewars, thought I would mention that today I have managed to get of my butt and get moving! I went for a two hour power walk today :D Feeling proud of myself and I haven't had any bad food, had to go to the mall and managed to walk right past the food court and not get anything!

I would LOVE a Wii! My fiance has a Wii but his mum is "borrowing" it until she buys her own ... She's been borrowing it for about four years now I told him he would never get it back.

Hi! I'm also a mum of two. I am sick of of dieting as well it always seems to work for a few weeks, lose a kg or two ... Then pass the sweet shop and hello it's all back. Now I'm trying for opting for veges instead of sugary snacks and just eatin better and moving more. Maybe my mum was right after all those years!

My lower belly. I swear ALL my excess weight is there. No excess weight on my face, thighs, legs anywhere but somehow I can keep over 10kgs worth of excess flab on that one part of me!

I stayed away from soft drinks (go me) Danced around the house Did some pilates Grabbed carrot sticks and celery sticks instead of biscuits for a snack. Joined Dewars!

Starting weight - 86kgs Weight by V-Day ... I wanna say at least 84kgs Losing two kgs by V-Day may sound easy but I am having a really hard time losing any weight at all .. Maybe if I take it month by month it will be easier for me!

Hi! I have a 9 month old boy! I didn't have a c section, but unfortunately I got the same pouch that you can get with a c section. I found pilates is really helping me pull in that tummy I have. I also walk for 10 minutes, run for 2 minute intervals for up to an hour or two and I found that really helps as well.
