For me, it has to be lower tummy and hips. Even before I had my 3 boys I had a wee pot belly, so I always knew it was gonna be a tough one. Gives me a good place to focus on tho. Where is your trouble area?

Lower belly, also had it before kids, and my "saddle bags"... Fun fun fun
  • My upper arms, I've found so many pretty dresses in smaller sizes that I can't buy because it literally cuts off my circulation in the arm, my chin too, I've just got a little pocket of fat.
  • midsection. Thankfully got rid of the "gobbler":)
  • My lower belly possibly because of my two c-sections. :-(

    It was definitely my stomach!
  • For us fellas, it has to be the stomach area (pot belly). Goes on quick, comes off hard.

My upper arms took the longest to slim down. It was so frustrating! I looked pretty funny for a while there, proportions were completely off. lol.

My inner thighs. Even when I was 115 lbs a few years back (and no eating healthy or exercising), I had wobbly fat there. I have always had stretch marks there since I was a teen and I had never been "fat" or had children. WTF? I don't need a "gap" I just want the skin there to be tighter. Get with the program, thighs!!!! D:<

My lower belly. I swear ALL my excess weight is there. No excess weight on my face, thighs, legs anywhere but somehow I can keep over 10kgs worth of excess flab on that one part of me!

My stomach and my chest. Even in high school when I was dangerously underweight (103 lbs) I was a C cup. Then after losing 20 lbs between last march and august, my chest stayed the same size. I fell off the bandwagon, gained 11 lbs back and went up ANOTHER size.

I know most women will kill to have that "problem" but it causes issues with my back and make it hard to breath so I never feel like I can work out hard enough :(
