I'm just writing to introduce myself! I'm a mother to a wonderful 6-month old boy and am trying to lose my baby and happy weight that I've gained throughout the years. If there is anyone out there who can suggest helpful ways to tighten up the stomach (I had a c-section) and lose the thigh fat areas, I would really appreciate feed back.

Hi! I have a 9 month old boy! I didn't have a c section, but unfortunately I got the same pouch that you can get with a c section. I found pilates is really helping me pull in that tummy I have. I also walk for 10 minutes, run for 2 minute intervals for up to an hour or two and I found that really helps as well.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm definitely trying to run/jog/walk every other day, too. I've only been seriously doing it again this week, but I'm confident that I'll get back to my old running self. I definitely want to try the new Windsor Pilates that include cardio and that stretchy band thing. Have you tried it?
