Yup...I had a nice well balanced breakfast this morning, and am over on sugar. Until MFP distinguishes between natural and added sugar, we are on our own to read labels and figure out if something has refined sugar in it. I avoid pretty much as much packaged food as I can unless I am having a treat.

There are some options for hiking while carrying a load in the cardiovascular exercise section. While, you aren't going over rough terrain, it may be a better estimate than the walking options.

I buy Field Day Organic Peanut Butter from my local healthy food store. I keep it in the fridge to give it the consistency I expect from my peanut butter. It has no added sugar, which a lot of the major "natural brands" have.

I just did a little bit of internet research on this, and I think that the limit that MFP gives us is for ADDED sugars, not the ones that are naturally occurring in foods. So, for milk, fruit, etc...it doesn't really matter. If a package has sugar (or corn syrup etc..) as an ingredient, then it should probably count…
