I found that its all a bit misleading... the WeightWatchers ones are almost half the size of the discovery ones so dont let the calories fool you.... the Asda ones are good value for the calories (i.e. the size of the wrap in proportion to the calories) but the other brands arent too bad either, give or take a few cals,…

1200 is the minimum you should eat. dont go lower. plus or minus 100 cals isnt going to make a massive difference... the main thing is that you need to work out...

thanks for the adds for those of you who added me... just a thought, do you find people of the opposite sex who are on MFP to be more motivating? I'm straight but i was of the opinion that seeing another bloke lose weight would be more motivational (as we share similar physical traits) but i've found thats not always true!

I just cant stop eating food... when i started MFP i was able to control it. I was so determined and i was able to say NO when i got tempted to eat anything unhealthy... those where the days when the fat was melting off! Thanks for all your answers... I will start to incorporate some weight training from today. I currently run, cross train and cycle (about 333 calories each to total 1000 cals per workout, about 4 times a week) I dont want to be really bulky, i just want some definition. i think i need to tone more than build muscle
