Apologies in advance for the pictures, but i figured there is no better way to describe my question. so here goes

1) my left rib seems lower and bigger than the right hand side... any ideas why?

2) i have lost lots of fat, my lower belly is still very fat but i cant shift it..

3) i am assuming my shape will be odd if i manage to lose the lower belly because i cant lose much more from upper body.

4) does anyone else have big ribs/similar situation

5) will losing back fat help align my ribs so they dont stick out as much

6) what to do about the "gap between the lowest rib and the belly fat?!

pics in next post...

Lift, hit abs (especially obliques and throw in some hanging leg raises for lower abs), eat at a small deficit and it hould work itself out eventually.

    Thanks for the reassurance.
