Thanks! I did really well! Within 100 calories of my goal for the day and under my weekly calorie goal. I planned out what I would eat and drink and had a great to time! Took a walk during the day and met my walking goal for the day. Starting my new week feeling confidentv about what I can do!

Great topic. About the only time I binge on food is when I experience some sort of upsetting news, event that I feel I cannot control. Thanks for the mantra idea! I'll have to come up with one related to what triggers me.

Very true. I have been in my maintenance phase for about 12 weeks, and I have never been this consistent before.. All due to logging in MFP.

My goal is rather simple, 60,000 steps a week and keep within my maintenance calorie limit per week and log everything each day. I really like weekly goals because they give you room for most of life's challenges. Keep up the good work everyone.

Hi, My wife has lost 20+ pounds and loves MyFitnessPal, so I had to give it a go too. First week, lost 3 pounds. It is nice to have "friends" and keep each other motivated.
