Sorry I wasn't specific in my post. I was going to use in it coffee hoping it keeps me full at times. I know it's no "magic" weight loss but if it assists or helps that would be good. After looking on Amazon reviews it looks like people use mostly for Keto diets or for health benefits unless I'm wrong?

Sorry meant to include this in original post - I will be eating other foods but asking if it's ok while losing weight to eat 1 banana a day to get to your daily calorie intake.

Good Article! I need to get into this - Any type of certain ropes for a beginner? If anybody does Jump Rope workouts what are they? Links? Custom? This seems to really help with cardio and fat burn unless I'm wrong.

PS4 is $399 and NO restrictions on used games. Only negative thing for PS4 is you MUST HAVE Playstation Plus to play online. However I have it and well worth it. Free games, discounts, cloud service, for only $5 a month. I think PS4 just owned this E3 show.
