What are the 10 Best Kettlebell exercises that you think are the most effective? I'm assuming the Kettlebell swing will be in there for sure.

    Effective for what?

    For example:

    - KB swings have effective carryover for jumping especially if you overspeed the down stroke.

    - Unilateral bottoms up carries have good carryover to lumbar stability (specifically activating the QL)

    - Goblet squats are a massively effective tool for regression in the squat when you are injured and also a good tool for teaching front squat and high bar style squatting.

    - TGU are a great tool for integrating core and shoulder stability.

All these tools can be used effectively for other things (ex. EMOM KB swings for metabolic conditioning, Goblet squats as a mobility tool, etc).

You pick the job you want to achieve, then you pick the tools you have available to you (bodyweight, DB, KB, Sandbag, Barbell, Odd objects, etc) and then you pick the way to use those tools to achieve your goals.
