I have also found that going outside helps curb evening munchies. If it's gross outside than go in a different room. Switch to a different activity. I like to do my nails while I watch tv or play on my phone so my hands are busy and unable to reach in a chip bag.

I disagree. I wasn't impressed with it. There were some good parts and I did like the ending, I wasn't sure they'd be able to wrap it up but they did a nice job. Overall though I would recommend waiting for redbox.

Sutter Home is my favorite cheap merlot about 6 bucks a bottle. I also like Coppola Claret which is red blend and great for a house warming gift it has a gold wire netting and is very pretty! :heart:

Anyone can add me! I was a slacker for a little bit, going over my calories and playing with bmr, bad choice. I reduced my intake a to 1500 and will again in a few days to 1200, baby steps.

I walk with a coworker at lunch if its nice out we walk outside or if not we do laps around the building for 20 minutes and squats in an empty conference room. Ugh Yesss!! if I am eating clean then people act like I'm such a downer cause I'm not eating bad with them. But then if I do eat bad then the act like I'm going to instantly gain my weight back! I can't win. Yesterday I flat out said to my Grandma and Mom "One slice of pie is not going to make me gain 12 pounds."

I'm 5'7 and my goal is 135. CW 144. I was at 127 a couple years ago- people said I was getting too skinny, 108 in high school and early college- people said anorexic! I look better in the 130's. Everyone's body frame is a little different though.

For me it was at 8-10 lbs that people started noticing. I have a small frame so it is easy to notice when I lose weight, or gain for that matter. People noticing is the best motivational tool for me!

The 8 hour Diet looks interesting it was featured in Women's Health in January. It is basically clean eating only 8 hours of the day and "fasting" until the next day (i.e. eat clean 9-5). I did it before. I only lasted 10 days but I was really strict. All or nothing. You can't eat out at all because it is only organic fruits and vegetables and grass fed beef and organic chicken. It is really hard and really really expensive. I prefer clean low/no carb eating now but I do think you should try Paleo. Keep us…
