  • 6 of 21 went well. I did some circuit training at home. Didn't over eat. I prayed and did bible study. Today marks day 7 for me and I woke up at 4:30am to workout. So proud of myself.   • Day 3 of 21 is a wrap for me! Yesterday I had a rough day but today was much better. No over eating, I completed my log, and I exercised. Ready to start the week off healthy! I love this challenge. It's the first that I'm really trying to stick with!!
