I'm 30 years old, 5'3 and currently weigh 160 lbs. My highest weight being 173 lbs. My goal is to at least get back down to 135 lbs and go from there. I am a single mom to 3, I work full time in social work for the eldery, and attend school parttime online (psych major). I workout mainly at home and have a collection of videos (turbo fire, T25, jillian michels). I also use workouts from youtube when I'm bored with what I have. T25 is my main focus at this time. I workout at least 4 times a week. I like to take workout classes because it motivates me more. I do Zumba a lot, running, elliptical, stair master, and strength training. On Fridays I usually do a power pump class at my gym at 5pm then take the Zumba class at 6pm.0 -

I mildly exercise and simply stick to tracking my intake. Started back with MFP in the 2nd week in January which is my SW. Hoping to keep the pace up, but, know it's about to get more difficult.

Married. Two DD's, 15&16. Small farm, kickboxing for 5+ years, karate for 4 years. Muay Thai for 2ish. I've also done 2 sprint triathlons, assorted 5k's, and 2 mud runs, which were SOOOOO much fun. Never thought running a 5K WITH obstacles, mud and freezing cold water could be so much fun :laugh:
LOVE baking (and eating) I drink wine and beer occasionally, and have sweets regularly :-) I try to eat fresh veggies, and that's a struggle.
