    Current weight: 272.7 as of last Monday morning (weigh in is every monday morning via my Withings smart scale)
    Goals:
    250 by summer 2014.

    225 by fall 2014.

    Final goal weight 200-ish. I'm going to re-evaluate my goals when I get close to this weight, I may want to stay around 210, depending on body fat %

    I started my new me goals about 3+ weeks ago, on Monday, March 17th, 2014 :)

    I have been up and down so much. I have always worked out, but not kept the diet like it should be. I dont necessarily want to look 25, but I would love to feel like I was.

    We are twins! Except for age but I truly believe age is of no importance unless you are cheese, wine, or brandy!

    I do 30 min strength 3x per week, and zumba 1-2x per week, and some kind of other cardio or sometimes riding my horses/farm work :) I've been stuck around my current weight for a while, could use a boost to drop some more body fat in the next two - three months! :)

    Mainly I'm trying to be healthier, lower my cholesterol, live a long life. The scale is part of that for me, but definitely not the only part. I'm eating less (at a deficit, no deprivation, trying to fit my macros) -- and moving more mostly by walking with my fitbit, though I want to add some strength training. I started with planks. I may be the weakest person on the planet. Not for long though!

    I was thinking the same thing. We're practically weight loss twins.

    I'm 35, female, 5'4" and also apple shaped.
