    Getting to love working out! I do circuit training, and pilates once a week. I also do cardio in the gym and Swim a bucket load...seriously..I swim every day if I can!!Any twins out there want to help motivate me?

    I am about 6 months into my journey- my body is definitely more muscular, but the scale is not moving....my size has gone down and I certainly look smaller. But that scale is definitely messing with my mind right now! Married, work full time in NY...love kickboxing and spinning! At the gym 4-5 days a week (usually 5), but also fighting health issues (type 1 diabetes and lupus)

    I started about five weeks ago and have so far lost 17.8 lbs. I walk for about an hour (and go about three miles) nearly every day. I'm about to start C25K, and I would love suggestions on how to get through that program. Anyone feel free to add me :)

    I work full time, school part time, Proud stepmother of 1 that is also in college :) . It's been very hard to loose weight with PCOS. Need to get back into shape.I love Zumba, and have done p90x. FInd me twin .. :)

    Finishing up week 2.. Lost 3lbs so far.. next weigh in in for me will be Monday. Im just trying to get into the groove of getting into this new healthy lifestyle and just gradually making changes every week. I work out almost everyday after work with my boyfriend. But i need a twin so we can conquer together!
