How low are your calories? Eating too few calories can hurt you almost as bad as eating too many.

I eat high fat. All my fat comes from healthy oils, grass fed butter, avocados etc. I average 80-90 grams of fat a day.

I do a high fat diet. All the fat I eat comes from healthy sources though. Avocados, coconut oil, grass fed butter. I've been doing high fat for a few months now.

Make sure all your dairy is full fat. Don't buy any low fat stuff. It's no good for you anyway. You burn an average of 500 extra calories if your baby is EBF. Around 300 if they are not EBF. I upgraded to a ninja. My nutribullet didn't last long. It seriously doesn't compare to the ninja. I will never own another nutribullet after using the ninja.

I don't use the counts on here. They are horribly inaccurate. I use a HRM.

I get hypoglycemic and I also have an eating disorder. I am a binge eater. When I get symptoms of hypoglycemia it triggers a binge. (not the only trigger just one of them) I have to eat every few hours. It's the only way for me to avoid the symptoms. I eat whatever fits in my calories.

I use stevia in my coffee. I've tried baking with it and I got an aftertaste and haven't tried since. I may try to bake with it again. A few people told me that using too much gives the after taste.

I would think if you're getting enough calories it wouldn't effect your supply. I had to increase my calories recently because I felt like my supply was dropping. They say breastfeeding burns between 300-500 calories a day so you have to take that into consideration when you eat.
