I know a lot of people who care more about their weekly calories than they do daily. so if they are over one day they carry it to the next. do you think it's the same for macros? if you are way over carbs one day and way over the next do you think it evens out at the end of the week like calories do?

HRM SLOWLY DYING...MAYBE
