Even though I'm tiny now, my bf% is still pretty high. I made the mistake the last year of doing too much cardio and not enough strength. Now I'm kinda stuck in that skinny fat phase. I'm currently doing p90x. I'm trying to get the number on the scale out of my head and concentrate on lowering my bf%. If I have any advice for anyone it's work on toning and strength throughout your journey!!!
