stitch

I get horrible side stitches unless I work out on an empty stomach. My main form of cardio is running. I like running at night but I can't seem to because of the stitch. If I run in the mornings before I put anything in my stomach at all then I'm fine. With my kids though running in the morning isn't always possible. I've researched this on google and tried everything all the sites said to do for them. The only thing that prevents them is not eating. Just wondering if anyone has found anything else that has worked for them? Mine get so bad I can't finish my run.

taking a few deep breaths and then focusing on my breathing helps whenever I get a stitch.
I hope you find what works for you.0 -
Is that another word for cramp? If so, I power on until it goes away… work it out, if you will. That is how I deal with it. If I have to go longer than first intended, so be it. If I stop before it is gone, it likes to stay...0
