When you burn calories do you burn the micros too? Like...say you've eaten 500 calories and in those was 20 gms of fat. If you go to the gym and burn 500 calories off are you also burning the fat gms off? I'm not really concerned about it, just curious. weekly vs daily
I've heard a few on here say that weekly calories are more important that daily calories and that if you are low one day it's ok to go over the next, or if you are over one day it's ok to go under the next. Is this true? Any information to back it?

So it's recommended that you eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. So is that 5 total, like you could eat 3 veggies and 2 fruits? Or 5 of each? And what is considered a serving of fruit? Would an apple be one serving?

sugar
If I stay within calorie range, how horrible is it if I go out of my sugar range? Staying within range I am finding very hard. I have had a few off days, but even on my good days, it's almost impossible. There seems to be some sort of sugar in everything, even healthy stuff.

sugar free/fat free snacks
I seem to be going over my sugar allowance everyday. I also seem to be pretty damn hungry at night. I know when you are trying to lose weight it's not good to eat late at night. I need some good snack ideas that are low in sugar or sugar free and low in fat that keep you full.
