when should I up my calories?

Right now I am eating under 20% of my TDEE. When should I move it up to the 20%? I was losing weight and I havnt lost any in about two weeks. So I am wondering if eating the 20% will help. And since I have lost weight. Should I go and recalculate my TDEE and BMR? Please help really want to lose the rest of this weight.

I think you're on the right track. I would go back and re-calculate with your new weight.

When you originally calculated your TDEE did you use your goal weight or your current weight? When you have a set goal in mind make sure you run a TDEE using THAT weight as the starting point, so you know what maintenance calories will be when you reach your goal. If your TDEE is calculated off of your starting weight you will lose weight at TDEE minus 20% until your body burns less calories than you take in due to the weight loss, and the point it starts doing that may or may not be your end goal weight.

Should recalculate every 5 Lbs lost or so. Do a recalc, but don't up your calories necessarily. How much do you have to lose? If it's 20 Lbs + you can easily do TDEE - 20% without creating too large a deficit.

For two weeks, anything could be going on...you could be a bit off track on your consistency of logging and weighing/measuring...could be hormones...could be extra sodium causing water retention, etc or it could be just a natural pause. None of this is linear.

Personally, I'd do a recalc and then make sure I have everything in order...my logging is consistent and accurate as possible...haven't changed anything in RE to exercise routine/times working out per week, etc. (which BTW, if you're using TDEE you have to be consistent with your exercise routine for the formula to be valid). Start there and then re-evaluate whether you need to bump.

I only have to lose 9lbs more till I reach my goal weight. I am always logging in. I track everything I eat. I was just wondering if I should recalculate after losing.

I was told to recalculate my bmr and tdee with every 10 pounds lost or gained.
