Hello, what works for me when I stay with my program is eating more for breakfast & lunch and less at dinner and small snacks. Hi! Just from taking a quick look at your diary, I am thinking your not eating enough? I have found that if I eat most of my calories at breakfast and lunch and not so much for dinner I do better. Or that is what works for me. Don't give up, keep pushing, and you will get there.

Oh gosh...I am not sure I know what "steel cut" oats are? Someone fill me in please? =) I eat the Old Fashion Whole Oats, and microwave them for about 45 secs. Add splenda and "I can't beleive it's not butter" spray. Or even fruit at times.

I eat the Lean Cuisines for lunch at work. Just enough food and don't feel too full afterwards.
