Pretty new to this site but i like it a lot. I guess to lose weight is hard but to maintain is harder. Also knowing on how to control different facets of your diet when you lost the weight. Me and my wife started a journey back in late 2007 and to date we lost a total of 180 pounds. Without her i would have never had the motivation to start and stay displine. This is why that to do something of this magnitude you need a partner , Team mate to help push u back in there when you think u sliding out. I owe a lot of my success to her (My wife) without her education of nutrition and displine to stay away i dont know.
