Dance stores (Capezio, Danskin) also carry 3 lb weights sometimes. Check if one of those is near you if there are no sports stores listed nearby.

I also love Suzie's thin rice cakes with hummus and ham on top. Low on calories but nice taste, especially with a light soup.

VitaTops has a website where I think you can order them, but I was able to find them at a larger food store nearby with more organic and gourmet selections (but I am in US). Definitely worth taking a look around for them.

I love this thread. I just looked up my favorite "tall" latte from Starbucks--with skim milk--and even that is 200 calories.
