My dogs refuse actual dog food, and will only eat organic free range chicken strips, from the dehydrator. As for people food, they love protein bars, popcorn, pork chops, bacon, lentils, broccolli, carrots and potatoes.

Check with your doctor first, but I used the weaning method, and if I got a caffeine withdrawal headache I took an Excedrin. The Excedrin has a bit of caffeine but also kills the headache so it's kinda like Nicorrette and gradually you can withdraw.

Wow, I needed this today. I'm a shorty with a similar goal, to get to 130-ish. Superbly motivating story...You look amazing and I bet you feel that way too. Congrats on sticking with your goals and I know you will continue to succeed.

Ditto on all this. I started with MFP in January, and began walking in February. First a block or so, and now 3-5 miles daily. I am over 50, so I count this as great exercise for my joints and heart health. I am down 15 pounds, and my dogs are getting the benefit also.
