BodyForm Workout Question?

This question is for the experienced strength trainers here as well as for anyone else who has a BodyForm.

Hope this isn't a dumb question....thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Q: I've committed to start strength training this month, and bought a full body workout thingy at Brookstone called the BodyForm. Any idea how I would log this type of workout?

    For reference, below are the excercises directed for full body on the BodyForm:
    (I used 3 sets of 12 reps for each excercise, set at 5 pounds resistance)
