I'm in graduate school which basically revolves around drinking and working. 2018 is all about balance for me and trying to take off the weight from the last two years. I'm taking a break from drinking until I can get my health under control. I just sent you an add!

My go-to work lunches are my signature squash-bowls. My coworkers are always surprised when I tell them the delicious aroma from my tupperware containers are just days-old leftovers. You can use this general recipe with any squash, vegetables, and protein and I guarantee it'll change the way you think about work lunches!…

Hey there, sorry to hear that no one seems to be noticing. That can be hard when you feel like you've put so much work in... But like others have said, you have GOT to compliment yourself for the progress you have made! Here are some suggestions I have. Start a video journal and try to make a recording a few times a week.…

I just got the Fitbit blaze last week and I love it. The app tracks SO much data which makes it super easy to figure out where to improve your eating/exercise.

I also do this and it works really, really well!

I'm 26, about to wrap up my masters degree and ready to embrace more healthy habits. It's just so hard to write research papers without a bucket of Mountain Dew to keep you awake! Looking for lots of friends. Look forward to motivating each other. Add me!

Same situation here. Taking up jogging and a few strength exercises to lose some weight before graduation. Add me!

From everything I've read, setting your caloric intake to 1200 is just fine, but you MUST consume at least 1200. Generally speaking, if you want to lose 2 lbs per week and exercise regularly, you can consume anywhere between 1200-1500. Good luck!
