I have only been on it for a few weeks and so far I can't tell much difference. I had fairly regular cycles before I started taking it although they would vary within 3-4 day or so sometimes of when I would have them. I guess I will find out! Thanks for the input :smile:

Thank you! This is very helpful! So far I have only tried level 1 of "Cardio Max" and it was a pretty intense workout for me and I really want to incorporate yoga into my workout schedule and this one looks grueling!

I would recommend a book called Clean: The Revolutionary Program to Restore the Body's Natural Ability to Heal Itself by Alejando Junger. I did it last summer for about a week and it helped me lose about 8lbs and I felt great! You can do it as long as you like but I think the full regimen is 3 weeks but I wussed out.haha…
