Alternating Biggest Loser dvds?

I recently bought The Biggest Loser Dvds "Cardio Max", "Weight loss yoga", "Boot Camp" and "Power Sculpt." If you do these do you have any recommendations on alternating them?

    I have all of those DVD's and I love them!

    I had been doing Cardio Max and Yoga together for 2 months straight. I did Cardio first, then Yoga. I suggest if you do two DVD's in one day, either separate them, or do Yoga right after the other one you chose. It seemed to me that I was extremely relaxed after Yoga and didnt want to do a cardio after that.

    I suggest to do the Yoga plus any of the other three, they are all good.

    The Yoga and Cardio Max have 3 levels...It starts with Level 1 for the first two weeks, then you do Level 1 and 2 for a couple of weeks, finally you add Level 3, so you are doing Level 1 over and over but honestly, it isnt bad.

    Dont burn yourself out, and have fun with it. The biggest loser workouts are the best DVDs I ever bought.

  • Thank you! This is very helpful! So far I have only tried level 1 of "Cardio Max" and it was a pretty intense workout for me and I really want to incorporate yoga into my workout schedule and this one looks grueling!
