I have a pt session booked in for next week I'm thinking of starting 1 every week or 1 every 2 weeks, with that and the pump & kettlebells I hope to start to see results lol

Yeah I do increase my weights every week or when I no I can. I do keep challenging myself, the instructors are brill as they push u in every class. I started this wanting to lose a stone but now I just want to change my body

My goal is to try and turn lose the wobbly bits, I always wanted to lose my final stone but I can't move the figure it's been over a month and it won't budge, I weigh everything and stick to a calorie count of 1560 also do les mills body pump, kettlebells etc

Ditched all the crappy food and switched it for healthy option

Hi Going to sound daft but try yoga and Pilates, I have had a few injuries and was only allowed to do gentle exercise, it's good as u can build strength. Hope this helps

Diarys opened now, I haven't really had an appetite the past couple days due to having this and everytime I get up I feel dizzy and wee white stars. I haven't gave up food except the bad foods, I had a Turkish delight to see if it's chocolate I dunno what to do :( doctor won't do anything take parcedomol and drink water

Hi Im not getting married but I've to be a maid of honour for my sister 8th august hoping to lose 2 stone :) more like 3 though, I set a goal on 1 stone then going to go for the 2 then the last, I want to look good ESP beside a size 8 figure. Feel free to add :)

U may need anti inflamitries and pain killers, keep mobile though as I was in a car accident and was advised to bed rest for 2-3 weeks and it was the worst think ever. U can do basic stretches for the back, I started yoga and pilates 3 weeks ago and its the best thing ever, u could try that ?

Thank you and im sorry for ur accident and ur rugby career does it ever go away? the thoughts and feelings I mean. Mine was a pretty bad crash and according to the emergency services im pretty lucky to be alive thankfully no one else was hurt except me, Its still so raw
