Advise about body shape
Started doing les mills body pump in June I do 3-4 maybe 5 classes a week they last an hour at a time. When will I start to see results ? I have taken measurements photos and all that stuff just want to change my body and tone it up!? Any advise

Headaches looking advise please

Lifting weights in calories advise
Hi I'm looking advise on how you put ur weights onto Mfp log, I did a numerous of different machines at different weight, The weights ranged from 20/25/30/35 in reps of 3 x 12.
